In addition to being a performer, I am also available for the following:
Education – I have been teaching guitar privately since 2010 for students of all ages. I have also taught through music schools, most recently KB Music. Additionally, I have experience teaching at the College level through my studies at CUNY City College where I served as guest lecturer and teacher assistant. I hold a BFA degree in jazz performance and an MA degree in music with a concentration on theory, so I am well prepared to tackle any subject a student may be interested in. My students have ranged from children forced to do something after school by their parents, adults looking to do something more fun than watch the same Netflix show for the 17th time, and teenagers preparing for college auditions. In all cases, I have been successful at getting my students closer to their goals as a musician.
I am available for in person and Skype/Facetime/[insert videocall app here] lessons. Subjects can include guitar, composition, music theory, and even beard consultations.
Engraving/transcribing – I have been engraving a lot of music since 2009 and have become quite efficient at it. Most recently I completed an MA Music degree with a music theory concentration where I had to transcribe and/or engrave a lot of challenging music by composers such as Brian Ferneyhough, Michael Finnissy, and Charles Wuorinen. I can easily engrave music from the simplest lead sheet-type tunes to hyper-complex orchestra passages. I am equipped with Finale 25 and a lot of patience for any project you may need assistance with.
2nd String Quartet (M. Finnissy) – Condensed score example of a passage in the piece
Wie Bin Ich Froh (A. Webern) – Arranged for guitar & voice
Faunus – Excerpt from an original composition for solo flute

Audio Engineering – I have been serving as a recording, editing, mix, and mastering engineer for some time now, for more information, please refer to my studio & engineering page.
